Hmmm. Ignored when I said hello because her back was turned. Second time I said hello she said I will be right with you. She kept on cleaning. Ok...?!?? I ordered a food item that needs to be heated. So wouldn't it make sense to put my food in the oven BEFORE you help the next person in line. I mean the barista had to make the next customer's drink while my food is still frozen on the counter top. Does that make sense to anyone? No common sense

I enjoy shopping at this location of Ralph's. Staff is helpful and friendly. It's usually always clean. Shelves are always stocked and faced properly. I rarely find an expired item, rarely, but on occasion it happens. They always have great deals and sales. The meat section is always stocked up with fresh selections. Produce is always being restocked which is nice. Small section of cookies compared to candy but that is personal preference. Parking is not bad. Customers are nice...read full review

The girls at this location are always the sweetest! They ALWAYS get my drink right, and they have even remade a drink for me that another Starbucks got wrong (but was too far away to take back at that point). No questions asked. They always provide great customer service!
