In the past I have enjoyed Supermex take out and sit down in Cypress. The Cypress location has has declined rapidly over the last year. The Cypress location is now limited to take out only. Unfortunately the customer service/ staff is extremely poor and does not seem to want repeat business . When Ive called in each order, it has been wrong multiple times. My wife and I no longer go to this location anymore. We now drive farther away to the fountain valley location for better service. The employees make mistakes with our orders multiple times, forget to put napkins in, forget to put in salsa, forget to put in tortillas with our cocido order, etc. Stop hiring d*** people.

Mix up with our order. Manager was happy to remake our order for next time. They actually called back and had the correct order delivered to us instead. That was going above and beyond. Appreciate it so much. We were starving and We had to get back to our home office for some long meetings and this was great service. Thank you again for the great service and food!!!!!
