The staff service at this property was above and beyond. Everyone I encountered was amazing. Quinn at the front desk made for an amazing check in experience and helped me feel valued and appreciated. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again! Great location in Cypress
Katlyn at the front desk was courteous and friendly when greeting g me. I was 4 deep in a line vying for her attention but she never slipped and treated all of us with grace. She’s an asset to your organization and deserves recognition for excellent customer care. Odd that I’m here on business to improve the customer care of my own group. If you’re not careful, I’ll try to recruit Katlyn away from you.
I like to think the Manager and the staff for being so helpful, the food was delicious and I appreciate how they asked if we like are room clean and not assume we didn’t. I will let friends and family know about my experience. Thank you
