The lady worker sideeyes me to another worker for asking for 4 scoops of salmon already working with a bad mood for no reason when I was completely respectful and the older lady gives two full pumps of uroko sauce despite not asking me if I wanted more than one completely ruining my bowl.

Great Value Freshness and Flavor. Got the 3 scoop for $15. And lots of additional fixings for a personalized bowl. Service was excellent but the seating is a little older and worn. But that’s no matter, eat outside on the boardwalk for an el fresco experience. Very nice boardwalk seating with shade and heaters.

So we came here and ordered a 5 scoop bowl and 2 scoop bowl. I had the 2 scoop and the woman who helped me seemed ok at first. Then she went to mix the poke bowl and ended up dropping a piece of my tuna protein on the counter in the process. We both saw it, she looks up at me, and then she throws the piece in the trash in front of me. She didn’t even bother to top me back up.
There was a huge line behind us so I didn’t want to cause a scene but it is really disappointing that she didn’t even bother to ask or offer to replace the piece that she dropped. Never coming here again, as Uruko workers don’t seem to care about the money you spend on their pricey bowls.

I went to get dumplings on the restaurant ne t to Uroko and saw people getting Boba drinks so we got the sweet craves, I purchased 6 drinks and other things, they took o er 20 minutes making the drinks and one of the male employees was helping another couple that arrived later on, instead of fulfilling our order, bad customer service, besides that the drinks tasted like iced milk smh... very disappointed and dissatisfied not just from the poor customer service but for the poor quality on the drinks, definitely not coming back to this place, unless they fix the issue lol, NOT WORTH IT.

Always tasty, always healthy, always friendly, always convenient. Best poke bowls I've ever had. I've been to all 3 locations but mostly go to the one in Cypress.
I don't get rewards on the app (Toast) from purchases though. Only if I order in person. I don't need the rewards program to enjoy this place though.

This place packs a good poke bowl to your liking! Having the steamed broccoli option along with white or brown rices or spring salad was a game changer for my poke bowl. Really fresh food.

The best poke place around! The ingredients are always super fresh, and every bite tastes incredibly clean and flavorful. I’m especially in love with their Uroko sauce—it adds the perfect kick and ties everything together. If you're a poke fan, this spot is a must-try!
