1st time at Blvd cafe. Seen the various iterations of this spot prior and I have to say this is an improvement. It was a nice atmosphere, the service was above average and the food was much better than anticipated.

Boulevard is definitely a 5 Star experience,

The food was good and ready really fast!
Despite being a little crowded the food got ready extremely fast. Our waiter was very friendly and on top of things all the time.
I have heard that sometimes there's a waiting time for a table, but we didn't have to wait at all.
