THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB! Please do not buy anything from this place in the foot court of the outlets. It looks legit, great signage, great looking menu, but when you get your food, your going to throw-up. I ordered the chicken strips combo and bang bang combo. I’m not kidding, when I bit into it, a cold round chickenish disc coated in white fell out of the fried out coating, as if it was separate from its fried shell, I wish I would have taken pics. The new location at Irvine, CA is a hard pass. Restaurant was dirty, chicken wings raw in the middle and sandwich so greasy I ate about half and tossed the rest.
Great food. Simple menu very well executed.

Burnin' Mouth is a restaurant located in the remodeled Serramonte Mall, outside the Target entrance, away from the food court area. The cuisine is confusing, listed as Burgers, Chicken Shop, and American, but described as "Korean-inspired corn dogs and lemonades". The menu is half Nashville hot chicken and half Korean corn dogs and ramen. The food quality is inconsistent. The Korean Hot Cheetos Corn Dog was slightly soggy, though decent in taste, but leans more American than Korean. The Mac and Cheese was very bland and lacking flavor. The hot cheeto popcorn chicken felt misleading, receiving chicken with soggy hot cheetos sprinkled on top. For the price, some say the food is average and overpriced, while others note the cost is cheap, less than $7 with tax for a Korean Corn Dog. The Korean Corn Dog has an external crispy coating, with a half corn dog and half mozzarella cheese. The Good Bowl was decent but not outstanding, with flavors that were good, but textures not the most appetizing—the chicken wasn't that crispy and the rice was dry. The batter on the Chick Wings was too thick. The spice level was disappointing, spicy enough to make a nose runny, but mild compared to Korean fire noodles. The sandwich was still great with a generous amount of fries. Overall, Burnin' Mouth is fairly quick and fills that need for something inexpensive with substance, but quality has gone down while prices stayed high.
