My families go to pho spot! The service is extremely fast and their pho is always comforting!

We love Kevin's. We eat here very regularly - the food is great and affordable, staff is nice. Pho is good, and tastes clean. Bo Koh is also tasty but a little richer obviously, usually eat pho 3-4 times to 1 bo koh. Pork chop rice plates are also very good.

Long time back (maybe decades ago) I used to enjoy coming here. Therefore I decided to swing by again since I happened to be in the area. I felt like I remembered long time back it was good price with good quantity. It was probably around 8pm on a weeknight and there wasn't too many people. The restaurant was probably about half full. I ordered grilled pork vermicelli + eggroll. My wife got a small sized beef pho. We also ordered additional eggrolls for an appetizer. Now comes the bad news. I felt like there wasn't much pork (maybe about a few slices) or noodle (one handful) in my dish. I finished it quickly and was still hungry enough to have a dinner round 2 elsewhere. Also the issue I had was that the fish sauce was EXTREMELY watered down. It was literally like having water with a hint of sugar. I guess the good thing is that it was a low calorie dinner. My wife also did not really enjoy her noodles. She only finished the few thin slices of meat that she had and a few bites of the noodles. The best thing they had was a decent amount of eggrolls. Also they were still close to being hot (it wasn't scalding but at least close enough). But again, the fish sauce they provided was very bland. Might as well dip it into the glass of water they gave us. Anyhow, it was actually much better to eat the eggrolls with the hoisin/sriracha sauce that they had at the table. Also note, if it is a deal breaker for you, that they do not accept apple pay. They have reminders on probably all four walls or something. :) This part didn't bother me but just a note to whoever is reading this. In summary, this was a disappointing experience. The eggrolls being on the hot side was the only saving grace. We definitely would choose to go elsewhere if we were near here in the future.

Called to order for pickup someone took my order over the phone however can't understand what she's saying I asked twice heard her saying what do I want then suddenly she's yelling and hung up the phone so rude customer service

Kevin's was the go to spot when I was in high school and college but never got a chance to write a review. My family decided to dine here for dinner one night since it was the closest restaurant to us. We all ordered the beef pho. I literally laughed out loud when I saw the portion.. four to five small AND thin pieces of beef, one piece beef tendon, and 2 pieces of onion??? Like common... y'all skimping on onions too?? I wish I had taken pictures from years ago to compare. I'm not surprised to see the restaurant packed because the food is decent and comes out HECKA fast. You'll order and your food will come out 1-2 minutes. Service was always bad so I guess that's one thing that they're consistent about. The boss lady (I'm assuming since everyone's in a black tshirt and she's in a dress) is SOOO rude. She looks miserable.. We weren't even done eating yet and she comes over, doesn't say a word and just tosses the check on the table. This reason definitely reminded me why I stopped coming to Kevin's.

If you're in a rush for To-Go food and you have the patience to deal with the horrible parking they come here. Honestly, I'm only here if I'm desperate to get something quick to go. Parking is a nightmare, the staff here is unfriendly, they aren't fast....but the price is reasonable. The to-go is decent sized, the broth is very watery and not high quality. You get what you pay for, but it's a reasonably priced to go meal with decent meat and fresh beansprouts.

costumer service is HORRIBLE. workers are RACIST and RUDE. one of the workers threw a fit and starting yelling in my face over a minor inconvenience, aggressively telling me to leave over the fact that i didn’t know you couldn’t dine in with food that i had accidentally ordered to go. i was in fact willing to cooperate and leave but there was no such need to be yelling, rolling eyes, and getting aggressive over a misunderstanding. however, food was decent for the most part. but i do believe this is something necessary to fix and needs immediate improvement from employees.

I usually do not write reviews but this really made me upset. First the lady waitress sat me down and LITERALLY threw the menu at me. I ordered the spring rolls and they were just plain disgusting and horrible. I can tell they're pre made and had been sitting there for a long time before getting served. Why are my spring rolls hard?? My noodles in my pho tasted off. Odd flavor to them as if they were pre used. Never again. Me and another party got sat next to each other at the same time. As soon as my food came out I instantly got my check given to me and they didn't. Made me feel so uncomfortable and gave me the "hurry and buy" vibe. To top it off nobody checked on us once the bill was giving to us. We literally had to get their attention for them to even pay us any attention. Just a horrible establishment no manners and no ETHIC ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don't care about customer service/mannerisms then this is the place for you!

I met a coworker here on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The parking lot is adjacent to the mall and wasn't a problem finding a space. The line of customers filled the host's area where you can sign in and wait for a table, that said it was less than 5 minutes. This is probably the only Pho place in the area and I can see why. I ordered the combo pho without beef balls and when it arrived i noticed how thin the meats were as well as the lack of beef broth. To top it off, it arrived less than piping hot, not exactly how I wanted to enjoy it on this rainy afternoon. Think I'll pass on this place given my experience.

The service is very rushed service, the ambiance is loud and very typical fast style restaurant. Not a place you can come take your time. Once you're half way to almost done they bring you check and try to rush you out. But this is my go to for pho. One of the best broth and price so far !
