If you're in a rush for To-Go food and you have the patience to deal with the horrible parking they come here. Honestly, I'm only here if I'm desperate to get something quick to go. Parking is a nightmare, the staff here is unfriendly, they aren't fast....but the price is reasonable. The to-go is decent sized, the broth is very watery and not high quality. You get what you pay for, but it's a reasonably priced to go meal with decent meat and fresh beansprouts.
This was our go to at one point, weekly. Reasons stop was due to recipe changed in pho.Today, went back here and recipes are back to original.Had pho with beef tripe, plain pho, beef stews with fat noodles and beef stew with regular pho. It was very good.Service was good, not that friendly but fast

We love Kevin's. We eat here very regularly - the food is great and affordable, staff is nice. Pho is good, and tastes clean. Bo Koh is also tasty but a little richer obviously, usually eat pho 3-4 times to 1 bo koh. Pork chop rice plates are also very good.
