The worst. Cold fries most of the time. They never put the extra sauce and I pay for it. Almost no onions on every sandwich. Horrible.
Horrible customer service!! They got my drink messed up. And the staff were rude. Horrible. If they keep messing up my order I want a REFUND!!!! Worst McDonald’s ever!!!!!!

Lady in the drive thru is rude I ask for a plain cheeseburger meal she gave me a hamburger clearly does not understand English
Very rude talking to the customer both ladies s the one taking the orders and the one giving food they have a language barrier talk nice to the customer and not be rude or yelling at customer treat people how u wanted to be treated

Midnight drive through feb. 6-7. Me & my wife ordered 3 burgers with meal. Fries & drinks included plus a hot fudge sundae. The lady at the window 1 gave us our 3 drinks. I asked her for a cup holder. She seems like she didn’t hear me and wanted us to wait at window 2 for the rest of our orders. So we moved to window 2. We been waiting for a long time for her to deliver our order. 7 cars later who had passed through us at window 2. Here comes a young man server and give us the rest of our order. So I ask him for a cup holder for the 3 drinks. He left to get the cup holder. While we are waiting my wife check all our orders and found out that he didn’t gave us the hot fudge sundae. The young man came back and give us the cup holder. I asked him about our hot fudge sundae. He gets mad because I didn’t tell him that we don’t have the sundae at first when he was at the window 2. He said why you don’t talk to me? I show him the receipt. He is mad because of us making him going back and forth for the order that he didn’t completed. We been waiting for a long time hungry and he gave us the attitude that time. He don’t even gave us 3 straws for our drinks. B4 they handed the customers order they should complete the order and what comes with it.

Large somewhat different restaurant but also very busy. Never seen this type of decor and furniture before in a McD. Friendly staff. Ordering was easy on one of their many self kiosks. Food tasted ok.

On repeated occasions I have bought inside the restaurant and the attention time is very long, the workers look at you that you are on your feet waiting for someone to attend to you and you only receive unattention looks, until they want to attend you, very bad attention to the customer.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service and very disrespectful cashier the person who takes the order. They will literally leave you in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes and they’re just sitting in there talking and then their vanilla iced coffee taste like water and they’re getting mad because I’m asking them to make a new one I’ve tried multiple times to speak to the manager here left a voicemail with their 650-416-6247 number and have not been successful to speak to nobody or get a call back. I work at the hospital. I work night shift and I come here to get my food and it’s always something Very disrespectful every time I come they’re very rude. They make faces when you ask them to exchange the drink. It shouldn’t be like that. This is the worst McDonald’s. This is the closest one to the hospital when I take my break so I have to come here.

Used kiosk for ordering burgers. Didn't work for buy one fry, get 2nd for $1. Went to order at counter with a worker. Half way through our order she ran off, leaving us there.
Meanwhile, people are waiting for their orders. One guy gets his fries, but the worker runs off before he can ask for ketchup. Another customer wants to place his order but only one kiosk works now. The other kiosks have the help needed red light on.
At the same time the line is building up behind us AND the only working kiosk. No one has returned to take our fries order.
Another worker returns to the service counter, clears the register, and we have to start our order again.
We pay. She runs off before I can ask for water. Same worker collects orders and delivers to tables, then runs back to the service order counter. I ask for water. She runs off to work the french fry. Comes back hands me a water..runs off..but I need two waters. So I continue to wait. And, the lines grow.
At this particular NEWLY REMODELED location:
1. One/Same person taking orders, delivering orders at pickup and to tables, getting drinks, ketchup, etc. Occasionally prepping fries to place in orders.
2. No self-service here. Everything is behind the counter. Drinks, straws, ketchup, napkins...water.
3. Garbage cans overflowing.
4. Saw 3 different people prepping fries, some dropping on floor..safety hazard.
Severely Understaffed.
And did I say I'm not coming here again? Going to the nearby In n Out.
My husband sits at a table waiting for the sandwiches ordered at the kiosk.

My friends told me this McDonald's sucks on customer service and I just got to see it for myself. First they took long just to come to take my order they obviously rather have customers pay at the kiosk instead of with cash. Then I asked for Mac sauce to be added to my McChicken 2 times when taking my order and no ice in my drink. Then I asked for a vanilla shake with chocolate and caramel drizzle all around. They must have not heard a word I said. (Ok) Then I had two drinks and clearly needed a cup holder finally getting someones attention she grabbed it and just tossed it in the counter. Like wow these people need to be taught to at the least listen since they lack any customer service any way. They also did not give me barbecue sauce and they asked which one I wanted! Damm

The worst service ever. The drive thru cashier on Jan 9 2025 at 0423 she was extremely rude. Their breakfast menu wasn't on display and I asked for the breakfast value items and she couldn't understand what I was saying so she told me to leave. Because she couldn't understand me. The worst service ever.

We always go to this location because it's right down the street from my in-laws. We usually order through the drive thru, but lately, they've been advertising using the app to make things faster. So, we decided to use the app. Let me say, this is a much better way to go thru the drive thru much faster than before. You just give them the order number, drive up, and pick up your food nice and hot and ready. Great job, Mc D's for making things so much easier and faster. My only complaint is that all the McD's sometimes offer different things or don't have what others have, and it's kind of annoying. And it's pretty often the milk shake machine doesn't work. They need an upgrade I think.

Absolute worst staff and service in the entire bay area for a McDonald’s. They make many mistakes, you can’t tell who’s in charge, and they all seem to have zero experience in life when it comes to common sense and decency.
I’m not sure what is going on - it’s like some kind of experiment to see how a staff of hateful and spiteful management does with a bunch of minions who couldn’t tell you the time of day. It’s THAT bad.
I’m not sure if this is a corporate location or a franchise location, but the owner should be ashamed of themselves. It’s been open for years and I’m shocked there has been little to no change in the management.
The staff that was there before the remodel was awesome.
