They cater more to drive thru, no customer service what so ever you spend and waste about 20 min waiting for a front end cashier , they dont greet they are rude, customer service is out the window. You ask a question to the kitchen crew about 3 or more of them back there and they look at each other and pretend they didn't hear what you said. They got to realize that without customers there is no business and if no business no money and if no money , no paycheck

consistently hot generous portions (fries, breakfast burritos) and friendly fast service. always provides napkins and needed utensils without asking. must be good management hiring quality people and then treating them right (my guess)

Rude manager! A latino looking bearded person. I approached the counter to ask a question after we finished eating. There is one person by the register who is assisting a another customer and I happen to see this manager from the floor going to the back so I said excuse me and before I could even begin with my question he just pointed me to the pick up counter and walked away. He didn’t even know what I was going to ask! Acted like dont ask me a question.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a bread that looks like it was from last year. Almost broke my teeth
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over 40 minutes for my order (13 cookies, a Big Mac meal, and a blue raspberry frozen drink). The staff member who helped me took my receipt and never gave it back. When I explained the situation, she didn’t understand me because of the language barrier, and I was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes just to speak with a manager.
I did eventually receive my food, but I never got my receipt or the game pieces that came with it. After such a long wait and the lack of communication or resolution, I left feeling frustrated and upset. This location really needs improvement in customer service and communication.
The garbage is always over flowing, the urinals don't flush, they are always messing up the orders and they even poisoned me with chemicals one time, the worst part about it is,I just wanted a cup of coffee

Saturday morning service on November 1st, 2025, was by far the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen. No one knew what to do or even how to address the customer's frustration.
While waiting 20 minutes for a small Caramel Frappé, no employees were taking orders at the front counter. Furthermore, no one helped the angry customer who was waiting more than 30 minutes for a standard meal.
It was embarrassing just to watch them not know how to handle a rush that is common at this location. After waiting 20 minutes for a single drink, I turned around and told the many customers waiting for their meals that my order number was 720 and if anyone wanted it, they were free to take it.
I walked out after buying a $4 drink I never received, and it felt better than the sugar rush I would have gotten from the drink.
You should be ashamed of the quality of Services that your management team developed.

I go here multiple times a week. And even though we order in advance on the app, the orders aren't always correct. Especially when having specific allergies to certain ingredients. Oh well. ..not much to expect from fast food.
Never received my mobile order. Waited 40 minutes and asked multiple times to employees about my order. I only ordered a breakfast burrito and ice coffee. They told me its coming. I find out they gave my order to someone else. Staff was very unprofessional and be dismissive.
