Dim sum was great. Came out quickly. It was quite loud and the front door was always open and was very cold in the restaurant. This made the experience unpleasant. The staff was ok.

The service attitude at this restaurant was really disappointing. When I asked the server to help me get something, he complained and showed clear impatience. If someone doesn’t want to serve customers, then maybe they shouldn’t be working as a server. I hope the restaurant takes service quality more seriously.

Their staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Their food was relatively good and priced. Main down side would be how loud it can get and the cleanliness of the restroom facilities.
I would recommend making reservations whenever you plan to go here just so you don't have to wait as long in line to get seated as they're usually busy and have people already waiting in line to be seated.
There's a decent amount of available parking options relatively near by.

The restaurant is noisy, the food is above average. They charge the tea at premium. They even charge $1.00 per person for Hot water. I ordered the vegetable with oyster sauce but no oil. it still came out with oil.. the parking is scare, because street repair and old Burlington parking also not available, the best is park at Home Deport.

Comfortable seats, enthusiastic services. Delicious foods but the only drawback is as expensive as dinner buffet.

The ingredients used in making the dish are poor compared to the price they charge The sweet and sour ribs should have more meat. The garlic fish belly and stomach clay pot is small, mostly small bone and no garlic flavor... went there for dimsum which iwas OK. parking mostly in shopping area a large block away. The worst part is the old and dirty carpet. Everything is dated.
