This place is okay. A guy with one AirPod in his ear has terrible attitude when he took my order he looked like he did not care a single bit and has an attitude that was like hurry and leave? While I was waiting for my order he was in the back watching his phone and not taking orders.

The wait was long (15min) for fast food but at least it came out fresh. However, the fried chicken wings here were extremely salty. It's like someone drop the whole bottle of salt in there. Will not come back.

I am really fond of Quickly. It offers fine drinks, snacks, and boba. The location here at Serramonte has proved to be just fine, too. However, the last time I ordered something from this location, my drink wasn’t fully mixed. I had ordered a strawberry black tea with boba, and when I took my first sip, my taste buds were bombarded with the pure strawberry syrup that was settled at the bottom. At first, I thought they had done my drink wrong, but I realized the problem and properly mixed the syrup with the tea using my straw. This was odd, because while it is a common practice to swirl your boba drinks a couple of times to mix the contents before putting the straw in, this was never required of Quickly drinks before. The product was always ready to consume once it was given to you.
Anyways, not that big of a complaint, just an experience I thought I’d note. I assume this was just a one-time issue. Overall, this location gets a 3/5 from me.

This is an ok quickly. Unless you like your drinks super super sweet, get 50%. We got 100 and 75% and both were crazy sweet. The oil for the fried tofu and onion rings tasted kind of old. But it’s a convenient location and cheaper than almost all other local boba shops so u get what you pay for.

I ordered online and got the notification that my drink was ready. I walk over and wait for my drink but it was totally not ready at all. They weren’t even on my order when I got the notification that it was done. I waited for like 10 minutes after they told me it was done before I finally got my drink. Worst thing is my drink wasn’t made right. I ordered jelly and got a few boba in there and the drink was overly sour even when I ordered 100% sweetness.

Pros:Boba drinks and a good option of snacks in a single location.Cons:Customer service needs some work here.No condiments for things like popcorn chicken ( ie. no Ranch, BBQ sauce, etc.) which should be standard for the snack as they offer.
