The tonkatsu broth was so thick and creamy-- not watered down at all, so savory with every bite and you can taste all the spices and it was definitely flavorful. It attached it's taste to the noodles just right. Because they serve everything so hot, the noodles kinda get super soft if you take your extra time with it.
This place is a nice little gem in the mall. No ramen noodles are very tender however the broth is indistinguishable from the other dish. I had to dishes when was black garlic noodles and the other was the Supreme noodles. The only difference was that one of them had a hard boiled egg which was overcooked and not gooey in the middle. The black garlic noodle was delicious however very light and garlic which almost tasted similar to the Supreme noodles. I will come here again if...
Creamy and just right amount of saltiness. Pork doesn't taste too "fatty". Not your high end quality ramen. But if you're looking for a quick tasty to go to ramen this is where I would go to everytime. Great ramen for price.
