YGF Malatang Reviews
Very fresh ingredients, spicy level is just ideal, and a wonderful taste for a happy meal, I loved making my own ramen and the girl who works there helped me get started, she was very kind! Great experience overall 💛❤️
Just found out Serramonte Center has Yang Guo Fu in the food court 😂 Perfect spot for a hot bowl of malatang on a foggy Daly City lunch break. $14.99/lb with fresh veggies, meats, and three soup bases (beef bone, tomato, spicy dry). Loved the beef & lamb rolls, mushrooms, lotus root, and konjac for a lighter option. Their red oil wontons ($5.99) are freshly made and so tasty—can’t wait to try the dim sum they’re adding soon!
Service is good

YGF Malatang is a junior Tang Bar-style hot pot buffet located in the Serramonte Food Court. Customers can choose from a variety of meats and vegetables to create their own hot pot bowl. The restaurant offers different broth options, including tomato soup and spicy levels. Prices are fair, with customers charged $14.99 per pound of ingredients. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with options like jue root noodles, blood tofu, fatty beef, enoki mushroom, fish balls, lobster balls, and spinach. The restaurant is a good choice for those who enjoy hot pot, and the experience is enjoyable and recommended. The place is clean and well-organized, and the staff ensures there is no cross contamination. The broth options include bone broth with medium spice, which provides good umami flavor with a hint of numbing spice. Overall, YGF Malatang offers a quick, filling, and affordable hot pot meal.
