I was just visiting this city and fancied Sans Rival but the other Red Ribbon store sold out of this goodness so we decided to come here. Service is efficient, store is well-lit and clean. However, the only drawback: the texture of Sans Rival was like of cardboard. It tasted deliciously buttery but once we sunk our teeth into the pastry, it's tough. Hope you improve the storage to keep its crunch and freshness.

We bought a cake for our son , we don't think about the message on the cake and he offer for it. While he's helping us you can see his big smile and he is so friendly and good as a customer service. I'm giving him a 5 stars. Thank you Chen.

Everytime we come to Red Ribbon we buy their beef and chicken empanada. They are delicious! I have tasted their pork empanada and it is not my favorite. They sell specialized cakes with a Filipino twist. Their mango cakes are heavenly, and their ube cake is my cute 4-year old granddaughter’s favorite. I was told once by their sales clerk that their cakes are delivered a few times a week to their store from their bakery in Southern California. In spite of this, their cakes and...
