Many consider it the best L&L ever, with food quality and price better than local places that overcharge. Popular items include the mini BBQ chicken, mini chicken Katsu, mini garlic Basa, fried fish Basa, Spam musubi, and Loco Moco. Party trays are also available for events.
Service is typically fast food quality, with staff that works nonstop and super fast. The atmosphere, however, is pretty bad; it is recommended not to dine in as the dining area looks dirty and unsanitary, though the kitchen is clearly visible and clean. For takeout, calling in orders is recommended. There can occasionally be issues with phone orders due to language barriers, leading to mistakes like omitted rice. Parking is available in front or around back.
