Worst customer service. They had a whole attitude amongst the entire team (night shift) because I didn’t hear them clearly. I’m unsure why every one of them needed to be disgruntled because they were closing. Common mistake, nothing to be worked up about.

They said their coffee machines and their hot chocolate machines all are not working, so they can only serve teas. At that point, why even open the store for the day?
One of the great Starbucks here the drive up is located very convenient to drive through or dine in/out access to getting your favorite drinks located close to mall your easy access from Southgate going coming from to shopping areas like home depot along the way. From Southgate Starbucks location entrance east access.

Service was extremely slow. App estimate quoted 5-7min wait , in reality for a lemonade and chai tea we waited 20 mins since placing the order through the app. The store is dirty with trays of dirty dishes lying around the counter and garbage on the floor. When we ordered a pup cup. the cashier replied “we don’t do them here. We are out of whipped cream”. Either bad service again or inventory issue.

I miss the Starbucks, that was near Sprouts. They were always busy in the mornings. They more attentive than any other Starbucks I've gone to.
I just visited the Starbucks in colma, the one next to poke bowl.
All I can say is the people at poke bowl i'm more attentive than the staff at starbucks. All they said was hi didn't engage with anyone at the slightest.
That's the character of a good coffee shop. The staff , knowing the people who they come in or if they knew they tried and get to know them. If I could give Starbucks colma no stars I would.
I think starbucks did a big mistake by getting rid of the starbucks that's off of gellert. Big mistake.

Just went to the Starbucks

I don't think starbucks will get it right.
I thought I could go over and get a drink and a bagel.
Well, i ordered a venti ice chai latte, light ice! And I get there to pick up my drink and bagel, but My cup is full of ice.
I stepped over to ask if I couldn't get a cup to take out some of this ice, i stood there for a while.2 people looked at me 3 times and did not ask.What can I do for you?Is there a problem that we can resolve the issue. Nothing! I had to engage and say can I get a cup.
When I realized that the cup was full of ice , I had to go back and ask to get the drink remade. WHY! My order was on the little tag.
The other thing is, they didn't even ask how to taste.Was it good for you?Do I need to remake it.
Now , that is what you called customer service. In how's gotten rid of one of the best starbucks around.
Again , the people were attentive, and their customer service was on point!!!

Found out you got rid of the best people that worked there.
I got it, get rid of the good put in the bad, you won't have to pay that much.
Now,I have a decision to try and find another starbucks that's good with customer service, near me, or go to pete's, or even philz.
I'm just disappointed that a good starbucks has to be shut down the help out bad starbucks.

10:30 am Aug 10th female in drive-thru took our order. When we get up to the front she says she doesn't have one of our coffees. She kept cutting us off when we were ordering. In the end did not get our order right then told us to swing around and get back in line again. Not cool. Not going back to that location again.

If I order Matcha Latte and have to come home and blend the liquid to get rid of the Matcha crumbs then maybe I shouldn’t have to drive to Starbucks in the first place. Do better! If you were to go to a restaurant you wouldn’t have to be stir-frying the fried rice yourself either.

This was my first time visiting the newer Starbucks location at Serramonte, and I’m really glad I stopped by. I arrived a bit early for Crunch Fitness and realized I had a Starbucks gift card, so I decided to head over and relax while waiting for the gym to open. It ended up being a great decision.
The space itself is bright, clean, and inviting. The seating was surprisingly comfortable—plenty of room to sit and unwind without feeling cramped or rushed. It had that nice balance of being open but still cozy, which can be hard to find.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile, took the time to get my order right, and created an overall welcoming vibe. It felt like they actually enjoyed being there, which made the whole experience feel more personal.
The music was also worth mentioning—whoever put together the playlist nailed it. It was upbeat enough to keep the energy up, but mellow enough to make for a peaceful, easygoing atmosphere. It all just added to the sense of calm that made the morning feel like a bit of a reset.
I wasn’t expecting much more than a place to kill a little time, but this Starbucks ended up being the perfect spot to ease into the day. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need a quiet place to relax before a workout—or anytime I’m in the area and want a peaceful break.

RUDE & WRONG DRINK!
Wow, really shocked about the complete lack of customer service, or any amount of kindness or friendliness. The drive through window girl was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I tipped nicely, and not even a thank you when handing me my drink that I soon realized was WRONG! I got rude service, and the incorrect beverage, why leave a gratuity for a place that didn’t thank the customer? Just wow, wont be back here.
