We went there on May 7th and sat down and had our coffee with no issues. Today, we ordered and sat down only to be informed that the dining room was closed. Found that very odd considering it was open the first time we went.

Nowadays, I mainly order on the mobile app. You just go in, grab it, and go.
The store itself is clean and has a small seating area. People who work here are super nice and provide great customer service. They seem to genuinely mean it when they greet you upon entering. My orders are always correct and ready when it says it will be.

I got severe stomach pain from eating the Egg White & Roasted Red Bell Pepper Bites. Worst stomach pain I’ve felt. Ive ate them several dozen times before with no issues. Do not eat those!

Not a drive thru
They didn't take the order right and the second time I asked him to make the order right again and this person that was training someone was right in the front where everyone's trying to deal with real customers
You should be being trained on a separate device and not at a busy time. And the manager whoever it was training was rude.
Gentleman who took my order with the milk on the side with a container with a lid so I can put the milk in when I wanted to not the way he wanted to make it and it was just frustrating I've never seen such a greedy Starbucks I mean. They charge if you steam the milk
I think it's time that they remember that we the people built Starbucks.
And when they offer free giveaways and they only have one tray that's ridiculous.
I'm usually satisfied with them but I got to say I was less than at this particular but they do have a very large clientele.
And it was just disappointing that whoever was doing the training had no politeness and how he was saying I'm training someone. Well step aside when the person who's got a paying client needs the damn machine.
