I guess they aren’t actually open within the hours they say. Employees wouldn’t let us in 30 minutes before close.

Great ice cream but, service is overzealous and rude especially a young man who needs some customer service lessons.
Hard to ruin ice cream, but they got close!!! ?

I bought a cake for around $50. And the box said it was Oreo ice cream with white cake.

However, we got chocolate mint ice cream in our cake. We still ate it. But for a $50 cake, we expect to eat what we paid for.

This location still doesn't have tables. I have 2 preschoolers so my options are take ice cream home so it's melted, let them eat ice cream cones in the car so it's a huge mess, or eat on the sidewalk in the parking lot... which is unfortunately what we did 3 times in a row. I will be not be going back. There's a Baskin Robin's 1 city over that has tables and they have a larger selection.

It's hard to be in a bad mood in an ice cream shop to begin with , but the Baskin-Robbins in Dana Point always brightens my day. Fun warm staff, personalized service, smoothly run and incredibly fast, especially given the hospitality they give you.

I need to write this review as this was my second visit at this Baskin Robbins and I must say the customer service is awful. My first visit here seemed as the employees dreaded working there and their customer service was awful. Today I walked in and it was as if I was a ghost. The two employees that were working did not greet me at all and I had to walk up to the front counter to say hello to them. I barley received a hello, a very quiet hello. They both did not want to be there and it was very clear as more people came in and they did not greet a single person. They were both laughing at each other behind the counter but were very rude to all of us customers. Please close this Baskin Robins down and put in a better ice cream spot or just hire people who actually want to be there. What a horrible ice cream experience!

This place was so clean and the staff is always super friendly and they make my ice was too my liking. My favorite BR in town ? Also special thanks to Viry for making the cutest unicorn creation unicorn ?

Just thinking about this place makes my mouth water! Their variety of flavors alone makes it worth it. The service is quick and friendly. My friends and I drove almost 2 hours just for the basil ice cream for her birthday.

Visited on Sat I believe. Looking forward to returning with my relatives. This place has good reviews for a reason.
