It's hard to be in a bad mood in an ice cream shop to begin with , but the Baskin-Robbins in Dana Point always brightens my day. Fun warm staff, personalized service, smoothly run and incredibly fast, especially given the hospitality they give you.

I need to write this review as this was my second visit at this Baskin Robbins and I must say the customer service is awful. My first visit here seemed as the employees dreaded working there and their customer service was awful. Today I walked in and it was as if I was a ghost. The two employees that were working did not greet me at all and I had to walk up to the front counter to say hello to them. I barley received a hello, a very quiet hello. They both did not want to be there...

This place was so clean and the staff is always super friendly and they make my ice was too my liking. My favorite BR in town ? Also special thanks to Viry for making the cutest unicorn creation unicorn ?
