Staff was very accommodating and friendly. There menu is diverse and quality that all of our guests had their favorite dish!!!! Great experience.
The Crab Cake Salad is outstanding! Butter Cake for dessert is a win! Our server Andrea was great!
Are always our favorite.....absolute best in menu, service and vibe, our favorite local restaurant! 🤩
We had 5 of us and everything was great from the trout dip to the clam chowder to the crab cake salad! The ahi looked good as did the grouper and hamburger! Sorry we had no room for dessert even though we were celebrating two birthdays and the choices sounded wonderful!
Overall, the dining experience was good. Entrees were prepared well and the portions were generous. Service was quite good as well. The food is good but not outstanding. Overall, a fine south county restaurant. Not as good as some, but better than many.
Wonderful, seafood, oysters, and shrimp were absolutely delicious. Very tasty pork chop with nicely cooked baked potato. Everything was wonderful.
The food is terrific here. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is nicely decorated and has a fun vibe.
One of our top five favorite restaurants in Orange County right now. Excellent food and service. Will definitely be returning.
Overall good experience. We always enjoy Costal Kitchen, exceptional food and great service. Last visit was quite below our expectations with service; however, food was over the top. Server didn't provide the same service as we experienced from other servers in the past. Thank you.
We had resy for 4:30 when we cked in the hostess took us to the back room dark and gloomy. It was a beautiful day and rather empty at 4:30. We asked to be seated in the front room she did after some discussion at the hostess desk. We had a nice waitress for the entire visit.

We frequent coastal kitchen often. We love to sit outside by the fire pits and heaters and watch the world go by. Friday night we had my sister‘s birthday party of 10 as always. The service was great as well as the food. They are grateful the coastal kitchen is in our town.
Food was amazing, the grouper sandwich wad FANTASTIC!! My only complaint was when I made reservations 3 weeks earlier I had asked for outdoor table, it was confirmed - however when we got there were told none available and was put at a table right by door. A bit disappointing as we had out of town guest and wanted to enjoy a CA evening!
I had the grouper sandwich and thought it was very good. It got a bit messy toward the end with all the yummy juices making the bun a bit soggy, but that's probably because I was eating slowly due to how much talking I had. I subbed the campari tomatoes with blue cheese as the side, instead of fries, and it was divine. I highly recommend these two options together.
Great ambiance.. Sat in front room which has open and light feel with large windows all across the front of restaurant. Well trained, sharply dressed and personable waitstaff. Our waitress was Meghan...very professional. All the above made the experience memorable. One comment about the noise level. At start of lunch (11:30) it was low level. By the end of, noise level was pretty loud.
The wait staff was amazing. The crab cake salad was excellent. The grapefruit, avocado, crab cake and other ingredients were very well paired. Love the casual atmosphere of the bar area with high tables.
