Coffee Importers my favorite coffee place in Dana Point Harbor but they have moved down to the Ocean Institute with lots of outdoor seating overlooking the harbor. Their new building is beautiful and they still have my favorite biscotti's plain and chocolate ones. There was no sign on their old building as to where they had gone but bumped into some locals who directed me to the Ocean Institute end of the harbor. Glad I found them and it looks like everyone else did too!...
After a much longer than anticipated bike ride, we arrived just after closing time. We had small kids who were hot, tired, and hoping for ice cream. The owner Jim and his staff went above and beyond to still serve us and they treated us so kindly! The ice cream sundaes were wonderful but the hospitality is what made the experience exceptional. That kind of service is hard to find sometimes. Thank you Jim and staff!
