Very rude weird special needs employee
Love the ambience and new location. Just wish they were open a little longer!!
If someone accidentally forgets to order almond milk instead of cow's milk in their large drink, and then they offered to buy a whole new one to replace it, you don't have to give them a discount, but it would be nice. But... the most important thing that you should avoid doing is charging them for a large drink, not giving them a receipt on said second drink, then only giving them a small drink.
