It's hard to be in a bad mood in an ice cream shop to begin with , but the Baskin-Robbins in Dana Point always brightens my day. Fun warm staff, personalized service, smoothly run and incredibly fast, especially given the hospitality they give you.
I need to write this review as this was my second visit at this Baskin Robbins and I must say the customer service is awful. My first visit here seemed as the employees dreaded working there and their customer service was awful. Today I walked in and it was as if I was a ghost. The two employees that were working did not greet me at all and I had to walk up to the front counter to say hello to them. I barley received a hello, a very quiet hello. Love Baskin Robbins, but they really need to update their closing time to 8:30.... They *never ever* stay open past 8:30, which really sucks, because my family often eats dinner late. I don't know what it is, but every baskin robbins I've ever been to closes 30 minutes earlier than they are supposed to. Love the ice cream, but please, if you say you're open till 9:00, don't close at 8:30 :/
