This homemade bakery shop is phenomenal.

While it is slightly pricey, all of the desserts look amazing and are beautifully presented.

We unexpectedly found out about this cake shop after our dinner so we decided to just get a cupcake.

We bought a very satisfying chocolate cupcake topped with raspberry cream that was coated in a luxurious smooth chocolate. It also had a bit of white chocolate and a raspberry swirl.

We stayed at the Dana Point Marina Inn hotel for four days and three nights. Since our hotel was just across the street. We were fortunate to have found it before we departed for Japan.

Overall, the truffle-dipped cupcake was rich and moist. I could eat it every day. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He was also very thoughtful that provide two spoons for us to share.

Dessert was amazing... But I was disappointed when the cashier picked up the dessert with his bare hands - that his fingers got full of cream - and casually handed us unwrapped forks and knives. Of course we didn't use the utensils and had to cut & throw the part that he touched.

They did my gender reveal cake and it turned out SO BEAUTIFUL!! 🥹❤️ Delicious as well and they were amazing to deal with - seamless experience start to finish. Thank you for making our dream gender reveal cake!

Absolutely phenomenal! We ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes from here, and OMG — it was hands down the best cake I have ever tasted! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the cupcakes either, saying they were some of the best they’ve ever had.

We went with the confetti flavor for the wedding cake and vanilla for the cupcakes — both were incredibly moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet.

The ordering process was super easy, and delivery was right on time with zero issues, which made things so much less stressful on the big day.

Not only were the cakes delicious, but the design was exactly what we envisioned — they truly brought our vision to life. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

It's All About the Cake made our wedding cake and desserts—and they were absolutely amazing! Kim and her team were so kind, helpful, and fun to work with. They made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We were able to sample everything, which was such a thoughtful touch, and they were incredibly patient in answering all our questions. The final cake and desserts were beautiful and delicious—our guests loved them! I’m so grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I went through Wedgewood Weddings as this was a partnered vendor with my venue. I highly recommend, it came out just like the inspo pic and tasted so good! My only feedback to the shop would be to make sure all payments are made a week in advance. I got a call to pay for my extra pearls the day before my wedding, which was stressful since I was at my rehearsal and had to scramble for my card details.

My husband and I had a seamless experience getting our wedding cake from It's All About The Cake. The team was amazing, always very attentive and communicative! We learned about their cafe at our cake tasting and ended up having our rehearsal brunch there (What A Dish). Our cake was beautiful, three tiers with different and delicious flavors! Our guests loved it. No issues with delivery on wedding day. So happy we went with them!

I just received an amazing gym inspired customized cake and by far the best design cake I have ever had! I am so thankful for their creativity and for the richness of the cake. Red Velvet for life am i right?? It was an incredible experience visiting! 10/10 would recommend their pastry’s and restaurant.

Frank Rizo Said don’t bother coming, we don’t need your business. What a shock, calling for cupcakes tuned into. I’m sorry I didn’t expect a dozen cupcakes $65-$95. awful rude. Maybe why Dana is empty!

I ordered a lemon cake here for my son’s 30th birthday. It was insanely good. My son loved it. We all loved it. Packed with flavor and very moist. The service was great too. If you need a cake for a special occasion, go here! Great place!!
