I ordered a lemon cake here for my son’s 30th birthday. It was insanely good. My son loved it. We all loved it. Packed with flavor and very moist. The service was great too. If you need a cake for a special occasion, go here! Great place!!

I really wish I didn’t need to give a star to leave a review. Because I’d give no stars if I had the choice. Customer service was really bad. The frosting on the cupcakes tasted like a block of butter, straight butter. Also I’m pretty sure that the lemon cake was dyed yellow (deceiving) and did not taste like lemon. Will not be coming back.

Our wedding venue, Wedgewood Aliso Viejo, partners with this bakery and the cake was included in our wedding package, which was super convenient. All we had to do was schedule the cake tasting a few months ahead of the wedding and let them know what design we wanted. Everything was great from start to finish.

The tasting was such a wonderful experience. We sat on the patio, which is in a lovely little courtyard near the ocean. They bring you champagne and even let us try a few extras since I was still undecided after I tried the original flavors I’d selected. Everyone was super friendly. We stayed for lunch since they are a cafe-bakery hybrid and the food was awesome.

Our cake was absolutely beautiful and it was exactly what I asked for. Each tier was a different flavor and they were all delicious. I did pay a little extra outside of the venue package to give it that tall/slim look. The price for that was fair (they were adding more cake after all) and they made it easy to pay them directly.

Frank Rizo Rude!! Punk Said don’t bother coming, we don’t need your business. I guess he’s the owner or his college drop out kid 7-20-24 Dana points downfall! This place is awful rude. Absolutely horrid! That’s why Dana is empty! Who wants to be around this!

Had the Brunch Bowl and the food was fresh and fabulous. Also, had the buckwheat pancakes and they were fantastic! Tasia was also great!! She greeted us warmly and after seating us, saw a better seat and recommended it to us. She certainly went the extra mile and it was appreciated!

Sooooo disappointing. The presentation of the truffle cupcakes is what drew us in but the flavors were less than lacking..they were non-existent.Somehow they made a chocolate cupcake with caramel mouse, with a hard truffle chocolate topping boring! All the flavors were artificial or muted.Just proves that looks aren't everything.

The cake for my 40th birthday turned out exactly how I hoped! I was able to meet with the manager and taste different cakes, figure out a design and come up with the perfect cake! The delivery was perfect and made things easy. I also ordered mini berry pies from the bakery and they were perfect! The cake was fluffy and flavorful and my guests loved it. I will definitely order my custom cakes here again!

We booked our wedding cake through our vendor which provided us with a great package. They were able to work with our flower vendor to complete the look and everything turned out beautiful and tasty!‘All about the cake’ team started out with a nice tasting to pick out the filling and cake flavors. It would’ve been nice to take a couple of friends or family members but that’s ok, they made it very intimate for just the two of us.We can’t wait to come back for our complimentary 1-year cake!
