We absolutely love this neighborhood gem. Their specials rock flavors we love, and the chef is always coming up with something tasty. They are very accommodating. They aim to please. The best thing about Jacks is the cloth tablecloth the low noise level and the ambience. On the less then perfect side. We found the wait staff less attentive than we would like. Jack's serves free bread with dinner, but last few times we have to ask them to get it. Happy Hour drinks were not allowed in the adjacent restaurant located in the same room as the bar. Came here a couple nights before a wedding event.

We had a later reservation and upon entering we learned that technically the restaurant closes at that time, but since the system accepted our reservation they were staying open for us.

Not once did they rush us or make us feel bad. There were 10 of us and 2 little kids. They had all the patience in the world and infact were insistent for us to take our time and enjoy the amazing food.
