- Cross contamination warning
- Service was lacking
- Didn't feel welcome
Just stopped in to grab some lunch and found an unattended poke bar with spicy tuna strewn about the other fish containers. When the attendants came out from the back, they both did everything they could to push my coworker and me through the interaction with no regard for our experience. The attendant I had didn't stick around for me to complete my digital transaction. We didn't even have time to ask for soy sauce or bags for our takeout. It really felt like we were interrupting them as they scampered off to the back and left us standing in the dining room by ourselves.

We stopped the other day for the first time. We liked the poke and all the mix ins available. A great value for the price. Would definitely stop back again to eat again

very mediocre fish and EXTREMELY expensive. everything is an extra upcharge. miso soup comes from a machine. The tuna was extremely gristley and hard to chew. They put so much sauce that your poke turns into a soup.
20 minutes after eating my boyfriend and I were running to the toilet with an upset stomach.
avoid this place and go to Poke Tiki.

A fresh poke restaurant that satisfies both children and adults, better than Hawaii! The best poke restaurant in Dana Point!
Delicious! They were generous with portions. Friendly. Would go here again!
Place gave me the runs within 4 hours of eating.
I usually do not review but this place was the best poke I've ever had by far.
My favorite poke place in the area. The chain places seem to always be lacking in quality and raw fish is an area where you do not want meh quality! It’s usually around $17 for a regular sized bowl (but they also offer small and large size). I’ve only ever gotten a stomach ache one from here and it wasn’t anything fatal or highly upsetting so I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent food. Bit pricey just like everywhere.
Outstanding Poke bowl that you specify and friendly staff builds. It was delicious and a lot of food!
Honestly none of the ingredients tasted good, kind of rotten flavor
My go to poke place after a surf! Good stuff!

The worst poke I have ever had. I was the first customer when the store opened and I thought I would get fresh ingredients. I was sadly mistaken. When I got my dish home and started to eat, there was this smell of rotten fish. The white rice was stale and in clumps. I wanted brown rice but it wasn't done cooking. The rice more than likely leftovers from the previous night. I have eaten at this restaurant before, but never a super fan, however I always thought it would be ok. Needless to say I will never go back.
