If this is how they keep conditions for their customers, what is going on away from view? The dining room is absolutely disgusting every single visit, not 1 single clean table. The trash is overflowing. The bathroom never cleaned. Ive had to stop using the only nearby mcdonalds, this place is just too disgusting and the customer service is the definition of trash. The lady in the drive through couldn't even figure out my mobile app. Order number just told me she couldn't find My Number. I said well, I paid for my food. What are you gonna do? She told me that it was up to me to figure it out and closed the door in my face. Great customer service over here at this McDonald's. It seems like they just hire anybody nowadays. Anyways went inside and the lady figured it out instantly

I don’t wanna be that guy, but these people do not know how to make a sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich, and they just put no tartar sauce on the sandwich. It’s not even put together correctly. I come to this McDonald’s every Friday for fish day. I prefer this location compared to my local one because I believe it is the best one, at least it was. I have never come here before and had such a horrible experience with a simple sandwich. I went back to the restaurant twice to tell them that I had no tartar sauce on the sandwich. Finally, my third time I went back I said just give me a container of tartar sauce, and I’ll just put it on there myself, as I was losing patience. They wanted to charge me $.10 for the container and I said no. There was none on there to begin with and I came back twice. Again, I don’t wanna be that guy and I have worked fast food before so I know how stressful It can get but, I do also want to get what I paid for.

Last night I thought I'd save time by ordering through the app. As directed, for curbside delivery, I parked in an assigned spot and logged into the app and enter my number. I waited, and waited and waited. 20 cars went through the drive thru and still delivery. After 20 minutes, I had to get my grandkids out of the car. We stood at the counter for a few minutes, not being acknowledged. An employee walked by and I inquired about my order. She said she would ask her manager. No one was at the counter and five minutes later I saw an employee. I blurted out excuse me, she turned around and yelled, " I'm getting your order now." Yelled! I took the bags without reviewing the order (mistake on my part). No Happy Meals, just the basics but I was too frustrated to go back for a few bucks and a toy. Never again!

I may be the only 5 star review on here but what can I say I like this McDs. I used the McD app to order my food and 95% of my time my order is accurate and ready to go. Honestly, I think the company wants you to use their app; they have better deals on there on purpose. I love it. The staff, well, they’re not the friendliest employees but they also don’t have the greatest job in the world so I empathize with them. They do know their regulars though and chat them up which is nice to see. Regardless, they’ve never been rude or disrespectful to me. The staff keeps the place clean and accessible. I’ll keep coming back. Thanks Dana Point McDs team. 🫶🏾

they ALWAYS get something wrong in my order, usually the drinks. they take forever and always avoid helping. i keep having faith that it’s just a one time mess up but i haven’t gotten my last 4 orders right and i will never go back
