This location is tough to get into if you are coming from the south as you need to cross PCH.
Service was okay but not personable.
Tables, floors, bathroom and other areas not clean.
Our order was wrong and the hot apple pie was in horrible condition. Way beyond any McDonald holding time.
When we did get our food corrected it was very good.

I pay on the app I give the code they overcharge me and give me inedible fries clearly reheated, soda that tasted like pure syrup with no carbonation and no receipt in the bag... Just don't go here. Bruh, I ordered a medium hot chocolate for $7!!!! This drink is just pure water with a little of chocolate. I open it up and it’s colored white because it’s literally just hot water. This has happened twice already, never again.

If this is how they keep conditions for their customers, what is going on away from view? The dining room is absolutely disgusting every single visit, not 1 single clean table. The trash is overflowing. The bathroom never cleaned. Ive had to stop using the only nearby mcdonalds, this place is just too disgusting and the customer service is the definition of trash. Embarrassment
