Trendy place with a European touch. I would give 5* for the food but when you set high expectations, then you should fulfill them. French patisserie is difficult to replicate without compromises. The flan was below average and the tart tatin acceptable but not exactly a tart tatin. En bons français en vacances à l’étranger, nous avions envie d’un petit déjeuner comme à la maison. Moulin est parfait pour cela: des pâtisseries françaises fraîches, du bon café, et de bonnes crêpes réalisées minute. Le service est impeccable, mention spéciale à Maureen pour son accueil et son sourire. Un petit coin de France en Californie, allez-y sans hésiter!
