I hope this Starbucks knows how lucky they are to have Kelsey. I walked there today with my family and pup and she was incredibly sweet, and just amazing customer service. As we walked home my husband kept saying “why was she so nice?!” Ha Because you don’t get that too often. I’ve worked in hospitality close to 20 years and this is the kind of employee and manager anyone is lucky to have.
The price of small size should be less
There is no private dining area of any kind. It primarily functions as a drive food with a walk up counter area to order if you’re walking by. Otherwise, it is close to the beach which is a plus.

Customers appreciate small gestures like waving at children or chatting while waiting. The location is quick and efficient, with many locals ordering via smartphone app before arriving, which helps maintain the store’s brisk pace. The store has a walk-up window and a drive-thru only, with no inside seating, tables, or trash cans, and no restroom—customers can use Del Taco for that. Parking can be limited, but there is a secret left turn driveway for easier access to Northbound PCH or making U-turns. For seating options with a view of PCH, another store about a mile north offers restrooms and drive-thru. Despite some location challenges, the cozy atmosphere and engaging service make it a worthwhile stop, encouraging many to return for their coffee fix.
