This was our first visit to Brio and we are so happy we found it! Our server Larissa was fantastic! The food was great and we were happily surprised by the live music. We are already planning to take some friends and family to Brio when they come to visit. We look forward to going back!
Food was great, everyone loved it! Service was professional and attentive. Music was playing Saturday night, there was a lively crowd...but it was just too noisy for me. But will definitely go back.
The food was excellent, they had live music, which was fantastic to hear, and the staff was incredibly gracious. We definitely will be back. However, this Elderly Couple kept staring at us while we ate, it was creepy. He was like a Nursing Home Model for Brooks Brothers and she was like Cruella DeVille without the Dalmation Coat. I don't know what we did, but they literally watched every bite we took with condemnation. I thought about having a staring contest or offering them a taste of our food, but we just ended up ignoring it. I hope Brooks Brothers takes his magic pill and gives Cruella whatever she needs tonight to save those puppies.

What terrible service. We waited 45 min for an appetizer, a server said he'd bring oil and balsamic and never returned and the waitress ignored us. The food was really pricey, $6 for some baguette bread, that's absurd! And they never brought the oil and vinegar!!! The place was packed and not following the state guidelines at all. What a disappointment.

This was a Valentines evening with friends. We were seated promptly and the staff was very attentive during our meal. The chef was very accommodating to our food requests. Everything was excellent!

Our waiter serene was amazing! She attended us to everything that we needed and let us take our time in enjoying our meal and drinks. Serene was smiling whenever we saw her and definitely knew what she was doing. It was our first time at the restaurant and we will definitely be back!!
Amazing food top it off with amazing service during this pandemic times. Couldn't ask for much more. Thank you for being open. I did drive from San Diego to dine in and it meant a lot for your service.
The front hostess was only doing what she was told , however the older lady on the inside(assuming owner) needs to work on her bedside manner as she was rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming. The waiter was awesome however!

I should first say that our ur waiter was very nice, but it went straight downhill from there. We were seated at 6:30 and our food didn't arrive until 8pm. DO NOT BY THE BRIO PASTA at they display near the door. The hostess will accuse you of stealing it even when you offer to show her your receipt.
Wonderful dining experience. Food was fresh professional, warm & accommodating. Great menu options & nightly specials. Excellent wine list. Great ambiance. Will definitely become a regular customer at this Italian dining establishment.
