Met Tabay and Sahal several years ago in Fresno California. I was instantly drawn to this mother and son and the love that was shared between them. The love they shared is what dreams are made of; and that is the main ingredient of Great food. My career in food has spanned over 43 years and over 39 restaurants, kitchens and eateries; as Chef and Manager and owner.
