I really don’t have issue with this Safeway as everyone is very nice, except the sign that I noticed this week.

I’ve now tried Safeway delivery twice and both times the worst service ever. First time my delivery was 3+ hours late. I placed my second order today willing to give it another try but again, complete FAIL. Had it scheduled for 7-8pm. 9pm and still nothing so I call the store and get transferred twice before being forwarded to a line that just rang and rang. Hung up and called back and the gal says “oh, the driver should have called you to let you know that we have to deliver tomorrow”. Ummm...got no call and specifically placed an order in the AM to receive the delivery today. I do NOT recommend using their delivery service at all!
