We love this neighborhood gem, but on this visit, the service was quite slow and my daughter‘s food came out 30 minutes after all of the other entrées.  Unfortunately, we all ate cold meals because we were waiting for her meal to come out. Hopefully we will have better luck next time! 
The waitress was polite and very businesslike. The avocado dip was fantastic! Best thing on the menu was the tacos esp the fish tacos!! The carne asada was too salty ,paper thin & very fatty. Everything else was just ok . Also, the bathroom was freezing ! It was 46 degrees outside and the bathroom felt just as cold ! Overall the experience was Disappointing since I had guests fly in from Chicago to celebrate my birthday and I wanted to stay local . Thank you.
We went there specifically for the Sunday buffet. Unfortunately, we were notified when we got there that the buffet was on hold. If you were looking forward to that, please call ahead.
