Delicious food, great service. This place has a lot to offer! Lots of space inside and out. We had a variety of options: empanadas, short ribs, salmon and more! The dessert though... the chocolate chip cookies are what dreams are made of! I want to go back just for these! Excellent all around!
Everything exceeded expectations. The service was prompt and helpful, the food was very good, and the cocktails were outstanding. Had possibly the best boulivardier of my life! We will be back!
A friend and I celebrated her birthday with lunch at Harvest. She got the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant ($4.00 extra) and I got it on a gluten free bun (no additional charge.) We opted to split a side salad for an additional $4. We chose not to order dessert, but our server brought out a celebratory bowl of vanilla gelato with chocolate drizzle. The server was knowledgeable and kind. The food was excellent, and the room we were in was quiet until a party of six was seated next to us. Overall, it was a great experience!
2nd year of New Years Eve celebration with Harvest, and we'll go back again! Perfect price fix 4-course menu options and nice wine pairings. It's a good way to ensure top quality in the dishes, and they delivered. Great for a dinner for two - get one of each! But I saw several large parties as well. Noise level is a bit high in the main restaurant, but we ate by the bar, and it worked out really well!
Harvest did a beautiful job with a Prix Fixe New Year's Eve dinner! The choices were well rounded and everything was truly delicious. We tried the oysters and short rib bites for course 1, mushroom soup (outstanding!) for course 2, scallop/shrimp risotto and filet mignon for course 3, and finally, pear crustado and bread pudding for course 4. All excellent. The only suggestion for service would be to pace the courses and the bar a little better. Course 1 and 2 came out lightning fast, before our drinks arrived. At least allow the first round of drinks to come before the first course... the 2nd drinks also came after the 2nd course was served. We paced the rest of the meal. I think the server may not have realized the kitchen was so efficient! That can be the challenge with prix fixe menus. Otherwise, excellent food, atmosphere and table service! We'll be back again soon.
The food was good, but service could have been better. When we entered the restaurant, no one was at the front to greet customers. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Then the server split water on our table while filling the water glasses and did not wipe it off. I had to make a separate request for them to clean our table. We were two couples and asked for separate checks but got one total check instead. In short, the inadequate service was more memorable than the good food.
The restaurant is located in the perfect part of Danville and it's very easy to locate and park. The entrance is easy and you are immediately welcomed. They have a nice patio and fires rolling with patio heaters and that's a great vibe and the inside is intimately lit and nice seating arrangements. Food was really good and portions for the price are great. They have a great selection of drinks and I highly recommend the high tide. Where it was a large disappointment was the service. Once we got seated we met our waitress and then never saw her again for 15 plus minutes. She brought out food to another customer and I tried to flag her and she just walked by. We sat there wondering if we were going to get served anytime soon. Finally I flagged down a guy cleaning tables and he immediately got us a different server. So I would say no matter how good the value or food, your reputation and word of mouth don't go far with poor service. Not sure if we will go back again, only time will tell.
Our experience at Harvest in Danville was very disappointing. The food was mediocre, with the exception of the Olde Town bakery cinnamon bun. Our sandwiches were deli-grade...and not what our waitress had described. The decibel level of noise was ear splitting, making conversation of our foursome very difficult.
Server was exceptional in tailoring food orders to our needs. Had to go and find a server to take our orders and to request the bill. Made our birthday celebration special with a complimentary dessert for the birthday boy.
I've dined here many times before and this time was no different. The food, service, ambience and the people were all amazing! It never disappoints! Thank you for a phenomenal lunch experience!!!

Great menu, great service and great ambiance. They have a great selection and food is great!
Met a long-time friend here for lunch because it's about half way between our 2 locations. I ordered the Ahi Poke and it was wonderful!!! We dined on the side patio where the waitress was very patient and never rushed us!
We wandered in for a late lunch and were so glad we did. Their happy hour is excellent — great deals on both drinks and small bites. The patio is spacious and shaded with big umbrellas and string lights, while the inside is just as charming with warm, stylish details. The whole place smelled amazing when we walked in.
The menu is fresh and California-inspired, with plenty of healthy options alongside heartier dishes. We loved the variety — from shrimp lettuce wraps and crab cakes to salads, sliders, and seasonal plates. Cocktails are creative and well-balanced, and the wine list has a thoughtful mix of local and international picks.
Danville Harvest is the perfect spot whether you’re looking for a relaxed happy hour or a full meal. We’ll definitely be back.
