Have eaten at Cosina Hermanas maybe a dozen times. I always enjoyed their taco plates - a good variety of really good street food! The last 2 times there I ordered two versions of their pork belly. Gotta say, this is the absolute BEST Chicharron Ahumado I've ever had... the spices and technique make these dishes off the charts. I've become passionate over Chef Arturo's truly magnificent pork belly! I cannot recommend this enough!!Happy eating at Cocina Hermanas!
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Our server was on top of it and the food came out quickly and tasted great. It was a good choice for a date night because it was lively but you could still have a conversation.
