Kaia's Reviews
When the place started we we not too impressed. We stopped going about a year ago. We decided to give it another try and we're glad we did. Jared was a great waiter and the food was good. Felt more of the aloha spirit this time so will be returning. Glad we gave it another try.
Great food, great service and great ambiance !!! I lived in Oahu for years and this restaurant brings back great memories and vibes!!! Thank you
The food at Kaia's is really good! I enjoyed it thoroughly. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. Took forever for the server to take the order. Then a beverage that were ordered never came. Had to ask the buss boy. No refill of the beverage was ever offered. Food sat under the warmer for 10 minutes before it was picked up and served. This could be a great place to eat if they had an adequate wait staff.
