Responded to an ad for their service, and since I have 99% of my foods delivered during the pandemic, the opportunity to get some unusual but healthy sounding baked goods piqued my interest. I am now a subscription customer, and always look forward to the Sunday morning delivery. The only drawback is the loaf of bread - it's not sliced, so I get a workout slicing the entire thing. I randomly found their post on nextdoor and I've been ordering baked goods from them almost every week since then. Everything is so so good, I'm super impressed! Try their everything croissants, pretzels and seedy breads. You will not be disappointed. :)

Bran & Ash provided tarts for our wedding in Hood River. They were incredibly easy to work with, very communicative, and able to adjust to what we wanted. The tarts were were delicious and a hit with the guests! Pricing was also very reasonable (wedding desserts being difficult to find for a reasonable price!). I would definitely recommend Bran & Ash to anyone else interested in catering!
