At 10:45am on Dec.16, 2025 went in for a coffee and onion rings. They greeted me when I came in no other customers were in the place. Why did they go there separate ways and started chatting amongst themselves. I said excuse me, they acted as if they didn’t hear. When the guy finally comes over takes my order, didn’t give me my receipt they give me the coffee, but they had to clean out the grease for the onion rings, then put them on without once saying a word. No apologies , then they mixed the old fries with the ones I had to wait for. As if I can’t see or would know the difference. So I asked to have coffee replaced because at this point it’s getting cold. Once again as if I wouldn’t notice, it’s the same cup. A waste of money and time. Burger King, hire people who will respect all your customers. Not just the ones who speak their language.

David is an absolute legend, the very epitome of good customer service.
I go here really frequently and every time I do it looks very clean and their so fast with it. The people there are kind and make me feel so comfortable. Also the restrooms are always clean which is a big bonus for me. They let you get crowns!!!

I came to eat at Burger King but didn't expect such treatment from the senior manager.The senior manager has gray hair. She's a very rude woman. She yells at her staff, curses, and treats customers poorly, especially me and the people who came with.I've been observing this for a while now. This isn't the first time, it's the second or third time we've come to her place of work, and the situation is always like this.

This place is a joke. Every time I place an order, something is wrong with it. The food quality is very low, even compared to fast food. The main issue seems to be that they are usually understaffed. The staff are nice, but the food is terrible. Most of the time, you can’t dine in, it’s mainly takeout, even though they have a seating area.
