I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burger King today. I was treated unfairly and discriminated against by the manager. It was clear that I was being singled out for no reason, and when I tried to address the situation, the manager was unhelpful and rude. I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Discrimination has no place in any business, and it’s shameful that this occurred here. Terrible Manager, literally can’t manage anything.

Had the worst experience, and the GM Sarah did not make it any better. This place really needs to hire a profesional manager who is not so lazy, even at the customers expense. Not only was my order wrong, but when i asked for a manager to better the situation or at least give me the correct order the employees could not find her and stated that she was on her smoke break and it takes her a while to come back. I then asked if it was her lunch or entitled breaks and they said no that she just steps away and doesn’t let them know. This in my opinion is poor management, and this issue needs to be resolved for both the customers and employees sake.

This Burger King is awesome I come here every other day and the people are really nice and attentive, yes it is busy but they try their best always and are clean which is something I appreciate a lot. Overall good is great and it feels like a safe place to coexist in.

Today was the worst experience I've ever had. As a Google maps tour guide. I've never seen such a rude and obnoxious person ever. Sara and Michelle are great. But the window service today was mentally ill... She had issues. Needs to be fired. She would keep talking over me after telling her 4 times what I want and I buy the same thing here every day. I did everything I could to explain the order and she could not get it right. I finally said I would find another place. She started to ring up the order before I was done ordering the meal. I stopped at the window when she would speak over me and then shut the window on me. Clearly control issues. I will never trust the food here as long as she works there at Burger King in Davis CA...I will tell everyone to not go here because she is unstable. Bad job when you hire this one. Here is a picture from my order the day before. Sara and Michelle are great. Get rid of the girl from today on 7/19/2024... I keep calling the manager 5 times today. I get the girls saying I can't hear you or they could be told the problem. And the 5th time I call I was told she would be back Monday. So I'm filling out a complaint next.

Got a Eggnormous breakfast burrito for the first time in years. Paid $1 for extra egg. Was delicious. The sauce inside the burrito was not spicy just the way I like it. It seemed like all of the tables were unusually clean and shiny.
