This place is a joke. Every time I place an order, something is wrong with it. The food quality is very low, even compared to fast food. The main issue seems to be that they are usually understaffed. The staff are nice, but the food is terrible. Most of the time, you can’t dine in, it’s mainly takeout, even though they have a seating area.

When with friends at 1:30am and the food was AMAZING, one might even say bussss! Please do go here and give these employees a raise. 10/10 will be coming here again. I would add pictures as examples but I ate that food down as soon as I got it. Thank your Burger King!

A typical burger king. The inside is nice and spacious and there usually plenty of parking. Occasionally they have some nice promotions, and recently upgraded with 2 self-order screens.

It's located at the north part of Davis near the Sutter Hospital. The quality is actually pretty good- the few times I was here. The rodeo burgers, the chicken wraps, and burgers were pretty solid. The whopper was excellent and their kids meals are more diverse than McD's.

Drinks were typical, and the fries are above average when fresh.
The staff is nice, and the drive-thru was pretty quick. I think just having a fair expectation of what you'll get at a fast food restaurant. There are high school and college kids that work here and just trying to make ends meet.

And my kids were quite happy with their kids meal, and I just like the chill, quiet vibe inside. I wouldn't be in the area too late at night, but lunch and early dinners are good!! I really think it has better burgers than McD =). Anyways, enjoy!

Not very clean, staff not willing to take order, waved to use the kiosk. Staff can not deal with a special order. Had to go back to counter for lettuce, mustard & zesty sauce, they did put in the tomato, pickles, and onion I paid extra for. Air clouded with hamburger grease. Gray haired lady had trouble hearing orders in English or Spanish. Not planning to return.

Went through the drive thru with my kids earlier and the service was great. the guy taking our order his name was Shawn or John i believe can’t remember too well off the top of my head offered my kids crowns which made their and my day . Even went the extra mile and asked if they wanted the ice cream mini cones at no extra charge! great location to come and bring your kids to get a mini cone especially with the hot weather coming in 🍦😋

Very unresponsive, slow. Even if you go in the restaurant and stand in line you can be completely ignored for 10 minutes or more, and if you get in the long drive thru line it creeps at a snails pace. Even if you order ahead you will still have to wait forever for service and your food will be old, stale, and
even grosser. Just skip this dumpster fire and go to a better restaurant or location.

You need to hire another person to work late nights because the wait time is getting ridiculous. I'll order on the app for pick up and by the time I get my order it's over 20 minutes later. Why are you opened late with the drive thru if you're not hiring enough people to accommodate everyone? Its not fast food if it takes 15 minutes in the drive thru and there's only 2 cars in front of you. You can get an appetizer at chilis faster than this. It's stressful and makes you feel stupid for ordering. Ruins your appetite by the time yu get your order because you're angry. Fix this issue because your workers and food are good but the wait time is horrible.

Maybe instead of handing out paper crowns with door dash orders, they could use common sense and add straws and napkins that were requested.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burger King today. I was treated unfairly and discriminated against by the manager. It was clear that I was being singled out for no reason, and when I tried to address the situation, the manager was unhelpful and rude. I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Discrimination has no place in any business, and it’s shameful that this occurred here. Terrible Manager, literally can’t manage anything.

Had the worst experience, and the GM Sarah did not make it any better. This place really needs to hire a profesional manager who is not so lazy, even at the customers expense. Not only was my order wrong, but when i asked for a manager to better the situation or at least give me the correct order the employees could not find her and stated that she was on her smoke break and it takes her a while to come back. I then asked if it was her lunch or entitled breaks and they said no that she just steps away and doesn’t let them know. This in my opinion is poor management, and this issue needs to be resolved for both the customers and employees sake.
