You must try their UMe Coconut Cha Cha Bowl! It’s so so so good! I’ve only been in a few times, but the staff that I have talked to have been very friendly and provided excellent customer service! One thing, though. Please clean the glass on your door! It makes a difference to customers when the windows and doors and tables are all clean Thank you !
Delicious food and boba + verily friendly atmosphere. Would definitely return
When they first opened I was not fond of the drink but after going back few years later they have really improved! I need to try more of the menu but I love the matcha series!

UMe | Tea & Snacks offers a variety of drinks and snacks, with a menu that has improved over time. The drinks and staff are very nice, and the ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax. The matcha series is a favorite, and the Coco Mango, Coco Mango Jasmine, and Mango Coconut Twilight are popular choices, with soft mangoes and easy-to-chew sago. The Coco Mango is highly recommended, especially half sweet. One guest accidentally spilled a drink due to a broken holder, but the staff generously made a new one. The fried mini octopus is usually tasty, though a recent order had whole mini octopus with thick batter instead of tentacle portions, making it chewy and fishy; this was hoped to be a one-off. The brown sugar boba mochi milk tea was a bit too sweet, with slimy mochi that was odd. The signature matcha is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, with impressive attention to detail. There is a lot of variety in drinks, including unique flavors like rose and a watermelon drink with fruit chunks. Quick service and fantastic staff make it a lovely escape.
