They have done a fantastic job during the pandemic. I use their app to order ahead - usually ground beans, Havana cappuccino, bacon and cheese brioche sandwiches. So good and always ready in the mobile order counter when it says it will be ready. I just swam in and pick up and I am home before I know it! Thank you Peets! So appreciate you!
Came to Peets to meet with a potential client. I went to order some coffee and realised I left my wallet at home after I orderd my drink. Had the best customer service EVER in forever. His name is Sheldon. Not only did he get me coffee but said I can pay tomorrow. What a great guy. You better believe hes getting a big tip and of course a huge SHOUT OUT on YELP from me thanks again Sheldon and Thank you Peets for hiring GREAT STAFF
