“Davis’ newest coffee spot! I’m so exited for a new coffee choice!! First time visiting. Volt did not disappoint. Vanilla latte is always my go to when trying out a new place. They had a choice of medium and dark roast. I chose the dark. It was delicious!! A perfect balance of all flavors. Staff is wonderful. Choice of indoor and outdoor seating. The view of the beautiful and humongous cork oaks is superb. Guads food truck is there. We got breakfast burritos. And of course they were delicious. We will definitely be back and I will be recommending this coffee shop to everyone. They also offer a selection of beer if you so desire!“

“What a lovely experience! Tea and food were perfect and atmosphere was full of ambiance. It was nice in the shade even on a 97° day. Couldn't recommend more highly!

“Honestly Davis has some of the worst coffee shops in terms of space to work and consistent quality of coffee! Starbucks here is literally amazing so much space, consistent coffee, and great people! Stop wasting time at the local places I’ve already tried to like them and come here!“

“Great atmosphere; lots of rooms on the second floor and in the basement where law students can study quietly (not loudly please!). The downstairs is a real hidden gem with a computer lab, lockers, and a kitchenette. There is food leftover from lunch events in the kitchenette sometimes.Great faculty. They really enjoy teaching.“

“There was this employee named Diego, by far one of the best cashiers I have ever met. I was crying after one of my midterms, and he paid for my drink. He told me it would be ok and his kindness will never be forgotten. ASUCD you are truly lucky to have him.“

“It's a Starbucks. Just as standard as all other Starbizzles.There is a nice interior space that hosts many tables, but most of them are perpetually occupied by students. If you are going to work there and can find a table, then it is nice that about half the seated spots have electrical outlets.“

“Good vibes here. Not much seating, but we did take out so no big deal. The mochi donuts are surprisingly good considering I don’t normally like mochi. The mango tea was really good. I liked the mango pieces in the drink. Nice place to stop for something sweet.“

“Coffee, ambiance and nut butter banana toast are worth a visit! I visited Cloud Forrest Cafe from Colusa on 2/7/2019 for ‘Coffee with Cops,’ which had a great turn out from law enforcement and first responders. I wish the Davis community had attended to support law enforcement.“

“Fast and fairly consistent. Better than the North Davis Peets (and obviously on campus Peets) as well.
North Davis had a really weak bitter cold brew but this place was proper.
Plenty of spacious counters and tables for working and chatting; there's always room unlike the other shops downtown. Don't need to buy anything to use the restrooms and pretty quick service.“
