Favorite boba place in town hands down!!! Definitely the best bang for your buck as most come with boba or jellies already. Their tea slushies are my favorite drink! They have the perfect tea and fruity flavor combination. Been checking out all the boba shops in town and I have to say that Ume is definitely at my top 5! I'm a huge fan of fresh real fruit being made in my boba drinks and I'm pleased to say that they satisfy that! The service is lovely, always welcoming, and more than willing to help fix any issues with your experience.

Super cute store and highly recommended. I got the brown sugar milk tea with less sugar for this one and it ended up being the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I got a cute little duck in my surprise cup too, which is only an extra $4.50, so a great price. The drink was done pretty quickly too

This is probably one of my fave boba spots in the area. They have a pretty large variety of unique teas and drinks! Their snack options are pretty good as well. Love the cute interior and decorations! Staff is always nice and pretty quick about getting your drinks out!My faves are the white peach oolong tea/milk tea, passion fruit & watermelon green tea and grape green tea. All these drinks have a pretty strong tea base which I love! And combined with fruits it's not too sweet nor overpowering. You get a nice balance of fruit and tea. I don't really order milk teas as much but the peach oolong milk tea is always a fave for me and it's definitely not too sweet even at 50 percent sweet. Their popcorn chicken is actually pretty crispy and flavorful as well, it's one of the better popcorn chickens I've had at a boba spot! I also like that you can order ahead and it saves time to just pick up your drink and go! Overall, will keep coming back here for boba and drinks!
I love their jasmine green tea so much. I also really appreciate how the boba is sweet and not taste-less. Customer service is also great!!!

Cute little tea and boba shop located in a small shopping center with plenty of parking. Nice, roomy entrance with a couple tables to sit and a bench with plushies to lounge. Friendly cashiers, although a bit unaware of orders? Our drinks were ready quickly. Upon shaking my black milk tea, it leaked because the seal wasn’t complete. The surprise cup lid would not stay on either, it kept popping off. I got 70% sweetness in my black pill tea which I wish I had gotten 100% because the flavor was very milky instead of like tea. Thai tea was like any other, good. Always seem to get the same plushie, other than that it’s a fun little surprise. I wanted to try their fried tofu or sesame balls but didn’t because the prices were a bit more than your average tea and boba shop. Cute spot!

This review is for service only, I've never tried the teas. I deliver with a food delivery company and this is my second time to this shop. First time was two drinks and a food order. Food was done a couple mins after I arrived, teas weren't even started as there was at least 5-7 ahead of it, mind you delivery orders should be completed first. Overall I waited over 12mins for the order. This time it was an order for two simple drinks and of course they weren't done or even started as there was at least 10 orders ahead of it. I waited 15mins then the order was canceled I contacted delivery support and they said merchant canceled it, I asked them they said they didn't. There is probably a built in timer on their system. Wasted 20mins of my time.Suggestions:1) you need a minimum of 3 people working, two isn't cutting it. One on food, one for delivery orders and one that does cash register and floats.2) If the register orders get excessive, maybe 5? Pause online. When I left after 20mins there was at least 20 orders for two people to make.
