Hubby and I popped in on a whim while out and about on our bikes. We decided to try the Friday special, carnitas, and what a nice meal it was! Meat was tasty and high quality (didn't need to fuss with removing large bits of fat or other inedibles). Rice flavorful and nice and dry (separate grains); beans good too. Our friends enjoy eating here, so we had their food a couple of times when visiting Davis.For me personally, i just don't get the fuzz really. I had better Mexican food on other places.

I've been coming here regularly for at least 5 years now, and this place never disappoints. Everything is consistently good, from the enchilada sauce, meat, rice, and beans, I always leave here very full and satisfied, and the staff who work here are very friendly, which adds to the positive experience. Will definitely continue to eat here for years to come!
