Distinctive & unexpected location but attractive, comfortable setting inside & out (we dined inside because too hot for the attractive patio during our visit but I imagine it would be quite pleasant in moderate & cooler weather). Menu offered nice mix of options & variety. We all enjoyed our meals. Our wait person was amiable, knowledgeable & responsive. Very likely to dine with them again!
As usual, Osteria Fasulo provided us with a lovely evening. We ate outside under the trees. The food was perfect. Our waiter did not just make us feel welcome in a perfunctory manner. He genuinely loved the food and the restaurant. It was the best way to spend an evening with cherished friends.
Best meal since we returned to Davis, ten years ago! Finally, a restaurant in Davis to brag about...!!!
