This place is 100% closed. If it reopens someone can tell me to delete my review but as there were other people outside the restaurant that is long and extremely closed Yelp should update the status.

Delicious omelets and coffee! Probably the best in Davis. I hope they re-open in 2021.

cafe food and the scene here is better than most. Visited on Sat I believe. Prices were appropriate. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, it was very successful. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

Pre-COVID19 review. Friend was in town running a half marathon last spring. So I picked her up and took her to Delta of Venus for a well-deserved brunch. She earned the carbs, and I didn't haha. The wait was kind of long because other runners had the same idea as us. So it was a solid wait out in the cold. It isn't the restaurant's fault for being so popular! There were so many good choices so it was hard to decide. I finally settled on the veggie scramble and a mimosa pint! No refills, but no need with a pint glass of it. Scramble and potatoes were bomb. Toast? I mean it's just toast. They had a variety of jams. It was a pretty solid experience. Would recommend if you're looking for a breakfast place. It's also located pretty close to the best western and aggie inn if you're visiting from out of town and staying at either hotel.

Delta of Venus is your classic college town coffee shop located in a well-worn (and well-loved) old house. I've eaten here for breakfast several times and it's always A-OK, never a home run (though extra love for their licorice tea, my favorite and not easy to find). Today I went with the granola bowl with fruit and yogurt and a large coffee. The fruit topping my bowl was fresh and vibrant. We ate indoors and the worn-in rooms provide a casual, comfortable atmosphere for dining with friends. The outdoor patio is lovely on a warm day. Plenty of bike parking out front. Street parking is a little harder to come by, but we found a fairly close spot on a Sunday morning.

My favorite place in Davis. Amazing breakfast, potatoes are perfectly seasoned. Omelettes are massive and such a cute place! Prices aren't bad either

Chose this place because of its "quirky" description. Very nice outdoor seating area, perfect for our doggies. Good breakfast and friendly service.

Overpriced for UNSEASONED food. Got the veggie omelette and had absolutely no flavor. Not even salt. The OJ comes out of a jug and is super watered down. The Tabasco sauce was sour.

Great breakfast food! They have gluten free bread that you can sub for their walnut bread for toast. You can also sub tofu for eggs. Everything always tastes so great!

Post rock, random esoteric book shelves, fireplace, lovely staff and good veggie food What more do you need? I love cafes like this, cosy and a hidden enclave of progressive ideas and veggie food ... in Davis... loved it
