Four Seasons in Davis has the best Chinese food in the entire Sacramento area. You can pay more to be seen at other places but, you will not get better food. The staff is great. Just take it home to eat or to the park for a picnic. The Kung Pao Chicken is worth the drive.
The food here wasn’t bad by any means, but was a bit lacking in flavor. That was most notable in the black bean sauce. Still, the main ingredients were cooked quite nicely and the woman behind the counter was nice enough. There’s no atmosphere here at all since you’re outside a gas station bathroom. Pretty average all things considered, but you’re also doing pretty well compared to many gas station stores so it has its place.
They're great when they actually answer the phone. I mean seriously...invest in a second or third line! I can't tell you how many times I order and then the person who answers just sets the phone down and forgets I'm there.
