Chef Sithu never fails to impress me, not only with a culinary experience that rivals the quality of a food tourism nexus such as Las Vegas, but a calm, conscientious, and intimate delivery that really leaves you feeling fulfilled both gastrointestinalally and spiritually.

This was a beautifully prepared and presented meal! We went to the afternoon omakase seating on a Friday and I loved every course. The fish were thoughtfully displayed with careful consideration given to sustainable ingredients. My favorite of this meal was the chutoro, but no offering disappointed. I would absolutely trust anything that Chef wanted to offer.
