The location was easy to find. The woman working there was also very nice. It was suggested that I go here by a coworker of mine. I decided to check it out and was pleasantly surprised. I definitely would go back and check out different flavors. I would highly suggest going here when you can.

We ordered 6 cookies and had them delivered to our hotel. They were burnt and hard. They were terrible. Not exactly what I expect for spending $20. Not sure if it’s just this specific location as I have had Insomnia cookies at the Charlotte NC uptown location and they were great!

Don't bother ordering for delivery. My cookies were dropped off on the sidewalk two blocks from the delivery address and no one sent me notification they were there. By the time I figured out where they had been delivered, they were long gone.

Insomnia's Deluxe Salted Caramel Cookie is the best cookie I've ever had! My friend got me addicted to it last year, and I try to get them whenever I'm in San Francisco. Luckily there was one in Davis, so I grabbed 3 cookies when I was there! It's so bomb! Trust me!

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago in the late afternoon. The ice cream was delish but the cookie was just kind of meh, nothing fantastic. The place is very small inside and seems to be busy with mostly boxed cookie orders. There was no comfy seating or a place to hang out - only a small bar area. We were the only ones there so we ate at the bar quickly. It's really small. There was only one employee working and she was not very friendly or attentive. Maybe it's a late night snack thing? Overall it was just ok.

This place really hit the spot if you're in need of a sweet treat! When I first arrived I was greeted by the person at the front counter. He immediately assisted me and welcomed me in. So, in the customer service aspect, that was great! It's small inside, I think most customers opt for their items "to go" as there's only a few chairs inside from what I remember. There's also seating outside, which would be nice on a warm day. After browsing the various choices of ice cream and cookies, I decided on the vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious. It does sound like an overload of sweetness, but it wasn't. The ice cream was nice and cold and didn't have much of an overly sugary flavor as some ice creams do. Also, the chocolate chip was tasty and I do believe it was semi-sweet. It a quick visit, thanks to being a Yelp Elite, so I was in and out. The customer service was awesome as well. If you're in the area and looking for a nice dessert spot, I highly recommend Insomnia Cookies.

You can never go wrong with a warm cookie and cold ice cream. What is special about this place is once I was there and I didn't have my wallet and then couldn't use Apple Pay because my phone bricked after I'd already ordered. The girl who served me (I can't remember her name, she was Asian and her name started with a C?) was kind enough to just comp it. So incredibly kind in such an embarrassing moment for me.
