Stopped in a couple of weeks ago in the late afternoon. The ice cream was delish but the cookie was just kind of meh, nothing fantastic. The place is very small inside and seems to be busy with mostly boxed cookie orders. There was no comfy seating or a place to hang out - only a small bar area. We were the only ones there so we ate at the bar quickly. It's really small. There was only one employee working and she was not very friendly or attentive. This place really hit the spot if you're in need of a sweet treat! When I first arrived I was greeted by the person at the front counter. He immediately assisted me and welcomed me in. So, in the customer service aspect, that was great! It's small inside, I think most customers opt for their items "to go" as there's only a few chairs inside from what I remember. Insomnia's Deluxe Salted Caramel Cookie is the best cookie I've ever had! My friend got me addicted to it last year, and I try to get them whenever I'm in San Francisco. Luckily there was one in Davis, so I grabbed 3 cookies when I was there! It's so bomb! Trust me!
