Automatic gratuity added even after selecting no tip on the ordering kiosk. Almost $20 dollars for two drinks. There is no sign or anything indicating this price hike, otherwise I would not have gone here. Who am I tipping and for what service? The people making the drinks don't even call out when your beverage is ready. I will definitely not be going back.

All boba teas are great here. Particularly their matcha latter with boba is the best in Davis.
Like the roasted oolong tea as well as the mango green tea. The boba is good and is included with the drink! Has good seating options as well as outdoor seating.

iTea is a strange case. It's my favorite boba place in Davis, but almost everything they serve is bad. Except the Winter Melon Boba Milk Tea. And I don't care because that is the best Boba drink to me, anywhere, period.

They gatekeep the bathroom, say they don’t have a key but the washroom was locked and no one came out for an hour . I complained as I really needed a restroom and it was memorial day weekend . Big sign bathrooms for customers only, I bought a tea and tipped but they wouldn’t let me is bathroom. I said “aren’t you nervous that someone is sick or dying in there “ they we’re oblivious, so either someone was really sick and they didn’t seem to care OR they were pretending they didn’t have a key but either way bad customer service ! there are plenty of tea places in Davis, don’t need this place!

The advertised prices are false, they add unspecified fees. It will be illegal to tack on extra fees later this year thanks to consumer protection laws.
They also require a phone number to order, I don't want to give that out.
I will change my review if this place is more honest about its pricing.
