Spent 22 dollars on chicken katsu curry and the chicken is sour. You know that piece of meat is prolly in the fridge for Atleast three years. How do I report this?

I have literally been here over 100 times, and not once have they ever messed up my order. The drinks are spot on and consistent each time. Great tea flavor, not too sugary, and very well mixed. Nothing extraordinary but a very solid milk tea that always hits the spot. They certainly can get quite busy (especially when school is in session), but they make drinks very quickly. The only sad thing is that they no longer have the Rose Milk Tea as an option on the menu, which was my favorite.

Automatic gratuity added even after selecting no tip on the ordering kiosk. Almost $20 dollars for two drinks. There is no sign or anything indicating this price hike, otherwise I would not have gone here. Who am I tipping and for what service? The people making the drinks don't even call out when your beverage is ready. I will definitely not be going back.

This place isn't it. Unspecified fees is a major red flag, and the tea itself I found to be mediocre at best and very overpriced (though that is a given in a college town).

Like the roasted oolong tea as well as the mango green tea. The boba is good and is included with the drink! Has good seating options as well as outdoor seating.

iTea is a strange case. It's my favorite boba place in Davis, but almost everything they serve is bad. Except the Winter Melon Boba Milk Tea. And I don't care because that is the best Boba drink to me, anywhere, period.
